Morgan Stanley Tech Stock Analyst Sued
Following the settlement with Merrill Lynch over its tech analyst, Henry Blodget, investors have sued Mary Meeker over her calls with regard to Amazon.com and eBay.
The suits allege that she and Morgan Stanley issued positive reports on the stocks so as to generate investment-banking business for the firm.
