Hedge Fund Manager Berger Ordered to Repay $20 Million

A New York judge has ordered Michal Berger of Austria to pay $20 million. His hedge and management company, Manhattan Capital Management, allegedly fabricated the value of investors' shares in the fund, hiding losses of over $400 million.
