SEC Bars Former Geneva Securities Officers Eisenmenger and Messenger
Illinois based Geneva Securities allegedly defrauded investors of over $11 million.
Its president, Richard Eisenmenger, and its CFO, Leroy Messenger, have agreed to be barred from the securities industry.
