Merrill Lynch Ordered To Pay $7.7 Million To Customers

NASD arbitrators found that Merrill failed to execute its customers' order to sell half of their position in a stock before it plummeted in value.

Merrill had claimed that there was no sell order, but the arbitrators rejected that defense.
