Forstmann Little & Co. Pays $15 Million to Settle Connecticut Pension Fund Litigation
Following the jury verdict in favor of the state, but assessing no damages, the parties have settled for $15 million.
The state had claimed that the investment advisor improperly invested state pension money in two risky telecommunication companies.
