Centennial Technologies' Former CEO Pleads Guilty to Securities Fraud
Emanuel Pinez pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud, arising out of his spearheading a scheme to mislead investors by inflating the company's financial results.
Pinez faces a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 and restitution.
