James Eccleston Discussed NASD Ratings Issues on FirstBusiness

ames Eccleston appeared last Tuesday morning (November 9) on FirstBusiness. Jim discussed brokerage firms' confusing ratings system and the need for reform, including particularly how more and more the term "hold" has come to have the same meaning as "sell". Many other terms have become similarly indistinct in meaning.
