James Eccleston Interviewed By Vestment Advisors

SNSFE partner James J. Eccleston gave an audio interview today to Katherine Vessenes, J.D., CFP (R), RFC, president of Vestment Advisors and author of Building Your Multimillion Dollar Practice.

Of interest to both broker-dealers and financial advisors, their conversation deals with trouble in the workplace. Jim discusses issues such as what can go wrong with promissory notes, wrongful termination, bad workplace conditions, discrimination, not paying for overtime, charges for trade errors, and reps changing firms.

Excerpts of his interview will be used for an article on trouble in the workplace to be written by Ms. Vessenes. Information will be posted as it becomes available on its publication.
